| 摘 要： | 对隐性失业问题的危害性从经济、社会、个人三个层面进行了深入分析，从传统体制、工业化和城市化进程、城乡二元结构三个方面找出了隐性失业的原因，从健全市场就业机制、建立失业预警体系、改革和完善失业保障制度、加快产业结构调整等方面提出了解决隐性失业问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | By the deep analysing of the perniciousness of the recessive unemplogrnent problem at three levels economy, society and individuals, the masons of recessive unemployment have been found from traditional system, industralization, the process of urbanization and the binary structure between cities and towns. Then strategies and the suggestions to solve this hoble have been put forward abcent marketing employment mechanism, unemployment precatution system reforming job garanteing system and adjustment of industrial structure. |
