普通高校二级教务管理模式的探讨

随着高等教育大众化及教学改革的深入,辽宁工业大学根据办学规模积极探讨符合自身发展的校院二级教务管理模式,通过校院职责及管理队伍的划分、教学管理制度的建立和完善、教学运行的过程管理和教学质量监控,协调处理校与院之间管理的关系,实现管理重心下移、推进校与院、教学与教务互动,强化了院(系)级教学管理,建立了提高教学管理的长效运行机制。

An Exploration on the Two-level Administrative Model of Teaching Affairs at Ordinary Universities

With the popularization of higher education and teaching reform,Liaoning University of Technology seeks the two-level administrative model between the university and its colleges which is consistent with its own development according to the school scale.Through dividing the responsibilities and management team,establishing and perfecting teaching management systems,process management of teaching operation and teaching quality control,coordination the management between the university and colleges,the model will realize the management focus downward,promote the interaction between university and colleges,as well as between teaching and learning,strengthen the college(department) level teaching management,in order to establish a long-term operational mechanism to improve the teaching administration.
