中国木贼科植物化学分类学的研究

摘    要:通过研究,确定山奈酚-3,7-双葡萄糖甙和山奈酚为木贼科的特征性成分; 山奈酚-3-双葡萄糖甙为木贼属的特征性成分; 槲皮素为问荆属的特征性成分。此外,还分离、鉴定了山奈酚-3-双葡萄糖-7-葡萄糖甙、异槲皮甙和琥珀酸等化合物。其中,山奈酚-3-双葡萄糖和琥珀酸系首次从中药木贼中分得。

Abstract: The present paper deals mainly with the chemical contents of the family Equ-isetaceae in China.  The taxonomic value of the flavonol in this family is discussed.      The results of chemical investigation show that kaempferol-3,7-diglucoside and kaempfe-rol are the characteristic components of the family; kaempferol-3-diglucoside is characteristic ofthe genus Hippochaete and quercetin is characteristic of the genus Equisetum.      Described in this paper are isolation of 11 compounds and identification of 7 compoundsin this experiment, among which kaempferol-3-diglucoside and succinic acid are isolated fromHippochaete hiemale for the first time.
