| Abstract: | More and more enterprises are setting out to carry out information engineering with the fast development of IT.In order to optimizing the performance of the total,the supply-chain realizes real-time information sharing between retailers and their upstream suppliers by implementing information engineering,instead of driving only by orders as before.The value of information sharing and the factors affecting the effects of information sharing will be analyzed.The result shows that maximumly60percent of the inventory cost will be reduced. |
