摘    要:目的:探讨改良环氧树脂填充剂的优点.方法:取新鲜成人左肺,经冲洗、固定、灌注填充剂及后期处理工作等操作过程.结果:腐蚀后的铸型标本主干充盈饱满,细小分支精细美观.结论:改良环氧树脂制作出的铸型标本具有支撑力强,柔韧性好,收缩率低等优点,适用于解剖学实验教学及临床手术术式设计参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:Probing into the advantage of improving the fillings of the epoxy colophony.METHOD:Take the fresh left adult lung, after flushing and fixing,fill it with the fillings, then handle the work later and the handling poocess. RESULT: The casting sample lord after decay is full and plump. The small branches are fined beautiful. CONCLUSION: The casting sample made of the epoxy colophony is good in resistance and pliable, and the rate of contraction is low, and etc. It is suitable for the experimental teaching in Anthroponomy and for the design reference of clinical surgical operation.
