| 摘 要： | 社会经济发展促使中国高等职业教育有了迅猛发展,对人才培养的要求有进一步的提高。本文分析了部分高职高专院校培养人才出现的问题及其产生的原因,提出应加强感恩意识、服务意识和规则意识的教育,实现高等职业教育人才培养的目标。

| Abstract: | As development of economy makes Chinese higher vocational education boom,requirements of talent cultivation become more.This paper analyzes the problems of cultivation occur in some higher vocational colleges,and points that higher vocational colleges should enforce the education of thankgiving consciousness,serving consciousness and regulation consciousness in order to adjust to the development. |
