大连市大型健身俱乐部健美操教练现状调查与分析

文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对大连市大型健身俱乐部健美操教练的现状进行调查分析,从而得出适合大连市大型健身俱乐部健美操教练的发展模式。结果表明:大连市一些健身俱乐部健美操教练的学历有了较大的提高,多数健美操教练已经具备了丰富的从教经验,但外语、营养学等方面的知识仍需加强。

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Conditions of Aerobics Coaches in Big Sport Clubs in Dalian

With the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the paper does the investigation on the current conditions of aerobic coaches in big sport clubs of Dalian city, tries to find out the developing mode of aerobic coaches in big sport clubs. The findings include: there are some improvements in aerobic coaches' study experience in sport clubs; most coaches have rich teaching experience, but some need to improve their ability in foreign language, nutrition science and other aspects.
