| 摘 要： | 博雅教育作为一种教育理念,是今后高校教育改革的方向。文章主要运用文献资料研究法提出,践行博雅教育理念,体育实践要以终身体育为前提,因材施教,满足学生个性化体育发展的要求,更好地促进大学生身体的正常发育和发展,进一步提高心理健康水平和社会适应能力。

| Abstract: | As an education concept,Liberal Arts Education plays a key role in University education reform.On the basis of Liberal Arts Education concept and life-long physical education,the principles should be adopted to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and develop students individuality in sports practice.Therefore,University students normal growth and devolpment could be greatly advanced,their mental health level and social adaptation could be further improved. |
