山西省女子足球裁判培训体系存在的问题与对策研究

文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、数据统计法等研究方法,对山西省女子一级足球裁判培训体系的现状进行了调查研究。结果表明:山西省女子足球培训体系存在目标不明、考评体系不完善、理论与实践脱节、方式单一和缺乏专职讲师等问题,并提出相应的解决方法,为未来山西省女子足球裁判的培训提供参考。

On the Existing Problems and the Countermeasures of Shanxi Women's Soccer Referee Training System
