| 摘 要： | 文章通过对两个阶段的体育隐蔽课程的实验教学,研究体育隐蔽课程对大学生体育参与意识与体育行为的影响,结果发现:体育隐蔽课程有利于培养学生的学习兴趣、端正学习动机、满足学生的兴趣与需要、激发学生的运动潜能,并有助于促进体育消费、延长课外体育锻炼时间,提高直接体育欣赏(现场观看)的时间与次数。
