高校简化太极拳课程的现状和对策研究——以山西大学商务学院为例

简化太极拳是民族传统体育的重要分支,而高等院校又是传播民族传统体育的重要途径,但是相关的理论与技术体系还不成熟,文章通过查阅文献资料,专家访谈以及调查问卷等研究方法,理性的看待与分析当前太极拳的发展现状,指出目前高校太极拳的发展应着眼于师资力量,课程设置以及教学方法的改进等方面,形成完整的学术团队和人才梯队,同时探讨和完善相应的教学模式和课程设置。按照"科学合理,功效显著"的原则,结合相关的知识从功法和理论上进一步深入挖掘和研究,以促进理论与技术体系的完善,争取为全民健身事业做出更大贡献。
