| 摘 要： | 文章主要针对我国大众体育的现状和存在的问题,从大众体育的特征、发展途径和功能方面分析大众体育发展的重要性。体育已经远远超越了强身健体的功能范畴,取而代之的是促进健康、休闲娱乐的功能,体育的大众化逐渐被重视,进而成为人们精神追求和价值追求的重要内容。
