| 摘 要： | 文章运用问卷调查法、对比分析法及实证研究法等研究方法,着重分析了影响石河子大学竞技体育运动水平提高的因素及存在的问题,指出在运动员管理制度中不能简单的强调或忽视某一方面,要切实加强管理制度的联动,提高管理制度的效能,从而提高运动训练专业的办学效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the facts of Shihezi University,this thesis analyzed factors and problems which affect the raise of its athletes' sport level.It is not reasonable to only emphasize or neglect certain one of them,what should be implemented is enforcing synthesized management and focusing on its effects.Research methods of this paper are documentation,cases study,contrastive analysis and interview. |
