| 摘 要： | 司法公正是人类社会的司法理想,其实质是法律公正的现实化,实体公正与程序公正不过是法律确立的实体公正与程序公正的现实化形式。司法公正的价值定位应当以整体公正为归宿。法律则是司法公正的唯一评价标准。

| Abstract: | Judicial justice is the judicial ideal of human beings. The substance of judicial justice is the realization of the legal justice. The procedural justice and resultant justice are merely the manifestation of the realization of the procedural justice. The judical justice must return to whole justice. Laws is the only touchstone of judical justice. |
