排球竞赛规则新修订内容浅析

排球竞赛规则与技战术的发展密切相关．当技战术的发展使攻防之间相对平衡被打破．有损于比赛的精彩时，规则就会得到及时的修改．１９９４年１月举行的国际排联规则委员会会议对现行规则作出了７条修订．并形成决议，将于１９９５年实施；这次订书对技战术的发展产生较大的影响．本文就规则修订的内容及对技战术产生的影响进行分析．并就如何尽快适应规则变化提出了建议．

Simple Analysis on the Content of New Revision about the Rules of Volleyball Competition

The rules of volleyball competition and the development of technical tactics have close relation. When the relative balance between attack and defence has been broken by the development of technical tactics,anddestory the excitement of competition, the rules of competition may be revised immediately. Since the end of 60s, in general to say on the levelof development of volleyball technical tectics attack is stronger than defence. The main content of revising rules by the international volleyball association is to extend the control of defence, to maintain the retalive balance between attack and defence and therefore to promote the development of volleyball sport continuously.
