大学生受教育权及其问题分析

大学生受教育权包含实体性权利(平等的入学权、利用学校资源和条件自由完成学业的权利、获得公正评价的权利)与程序性权利(知情权、申诉权、申请行政复议权、诉讼权),大学生受教育权利的运行过程中,在思想观念、立法、保护途径等方面存在一些问题,应采取措施使大学生受教育权得到实现。

University Student Right to Receive Education & Analysis of the Problems

The university student right to receive education includes the entity rights(the equal entrance right, the right of free completion of their studies by using the resources and facilities in university and the right to obtain a fair evaluation, and the procedure rights(the right to inform, the right to appeal, the right to apply for administrative re-decision and the right to suit). The university student right to receive education in use brings about some problems in such aspects as its idea, legislation and protective method, and therefore some measures ought to be adopted in order to realize the university student right to receive education.
