| 摘 要： | 21世纪,信息化已成为当代社会的基本特征。成人教育的改革与发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。天津市率先创建成人教育网站,通过教育信息资源在成人教育各个领域里和学校各项工作中的开发、积累、优化、应用和数字化服务,在成人教育信息网络和信息资源建设的实践和理论创新方面都取得了突破性进展,开辟了成人高校人才培养的崭新模式,为终身教育的发展奠定了理论创新和实践基础。
