| 摘 要： | 课堂要素结构体系是教学的骨骼系统,其优劣直接或最终决定着课堂“产儿”的发育状况。在多元的课堂要素中,教师处于主导地位。因此,优化教师队伍,调节要素组合是使课堂要素结构达到最佳状态的基础。

| Abstract: | The system of the essential factors of the classroom structure is a skeleton system of teaching,whether it is good or bad will,directly and finally, determine the development state of the classroom "newborn baby".In the several classroom key elements,teachers are in the leading status.So optimizing teaching staff,regulating the alignment of the key elements is the most important foundation to get the classroom key element structure to reach the peak. |
