| 摘 要： | 常德市地理条件优越、历史悠久,体育休闲旅游资源丰富,市政府重视,发展机遇很多。但需要强化品牌意识,充分利用西部开发、加入WTO、北京奥运等机遇,将常德市体育休闲旅游做成一个产业,使其成为常德市的经济新增长点。
