| 摘 要： | 高职专业人才素质内涵的培养必须以社会需求的岗位能力为导向．通过对近期苏州地区模具企业人才需求信息的分析，归纳出岗位能力要求．在明确模具专业人才培养目标的基础上，构建了保证人才培养质量的高职模具专业“四课程、三实习、两设计”的教学体系．

| Abstract: | The training of talent quality connotation on advanced vocation is oriented to position capacity required by the social requirement. Based on analyzing requirement information of mould industry in Suzhou area, position capacities were summarized and the aim to training mould talent was determined. The teaching system of four-courses, three-practices and two-designs was constructed. |
