城中村改造中土地增值收益分配问题探析

A Probe on Problems of the Land Increment Income Distribution in the Reconstruction of the Village-in-city

With the growing scarcity of availability of land for urban construction and in the context of paid use of land,the real value of the land is gradually merging and the urban land price is rising continually and rapidly.The Village-in-city,this special land condition,is containing the giant land increment income in the development transformation process.The theorists have many different viewpoints to the land increment benefit’s ownership.Only to adopt the theory of "private public share" and choose the transformation development model of joint participation and revenue sharing,can balance fairness and efficiency and achieve the organic unification of the economic and social efficiency in the reconstruction of the Village.
