基于知识管理的参考咨询服务体系研究

摘    要:对知识管理与参考咨询服务的协调共进和相互渗透为图书馆咨询服务创造了新的思路和发展转机,参考咨询服务将在知识管理的理念中得到改进和完善。构建一个以人为本、人文关怀和科学发展观为目标的,以导航参考咨询、参考咨询部、综合参考咨询研究中心组成的三级咨询服务体系,就能充分体现传统参考咨询与网络参考咨询有机结合的基于知识管理的服务理念。

Abstract:Knowledge management's participation in reference and consultation service,and their coordination and mutual penetration create new ideas and development opportunity for libraries' reference and consultation service.The reference and consultation service will be improved and perfected in the conception of knowledge management.The construction of three-level consultation service system with the objective of human-based,humanities and scientific development and with guiding reference department,consultation department and consultation research department can embody the service objective based on knowledge management in organic combination of traditional reference consultation and network reference consultation.
