| 摘 要： | 角色意识支配角色行为。在高校内部行政管理中,须强化行政人员角色规范的建设与教育。使其认识自己的角色,实践自己的角色,树立正确的角色意识。以避免出现角色意识的偏颇,避免角色行为偏离角色规范。进行角色规范的建设与教育,应把理性引导与个体提升相结合、法规规范与自我约束相结合,从而实现高校人事行政部门、高校行政管理相对人（即广大师生）、高校行政人员自身三方面的良性互动。
