| 摘 要： | 企业中的非正式组织往往是伴随着正式组织的形成而出现的,其对企业的正常运营影响深远。非正式组织可以提高一个企业的运营能力,增强企业的凝聚力,但当受到正式组织的禁止时,非正式组织不但可以危害企业的正常运营,甚至可以颠覆一个企业。
