| 摘 要： | 海工企业特种设备种类繁多,针对特种设备管理流程方面存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了树立科学管理理念、完善管理组织和管理制度、加强设备操作人员管理的解决方法与途径,并运用KPI指标进行效果检验.结果表明：科学的管理制度可以大大降低特种设备发生事故的风险,这种方法同样可以应用于其他拥有特种设备的企业.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of a variety of equipment for special of the marine enterprise and on how to improve the existing construction equipment management process. Take the method of classification management, the comprehensive evaluation index of equipment KPI. Focus on the analysis the content of the special equipment daily management and inspection system. The results show that scientific management system can greatly reduce the risk of accident of special equipment. This method can also be applied to other have special equipment enterprises. |
