摘    要:中国经济发展新常态下,地理距离对知识流动的限制越发明显,区域创新生态系统中仍存在诸多科技“孤岛现象”,从区域层面研究如何更好地促进产学协同创新已成为可能与必需。基于产学协同创新理论、组织制度理论和社会网络理论,以影响产学协同创新的关键环节——嵌入性关系为切入点,通过问卷调查与回归分析,检验了区域制度环境对产学嵌入性关系影响。-认知要素

Abstract:In the new normal economy of China,the geographic constraint on university knowledge flows is more obvious. At the same time, most of regional innovation systems are still facing severe challenges, such as ″Valleys of Death″ and ″Knowledge Paradox″. Therefore, industry-university synergy innovation should be for promoted from a regional level. Based on institutional theory and social network theory,a theoretical framework and hypotheses are proposed from a perspective of embedded ties. This paper test the hypotheses about impact of regional-institutional environments on industry-university embedded ties by questionnaire survey and regression analysis. The research results show that the three pillars (regulative, normative and cultural-cognitive) of institutions have significant positive influence on the four dimensions of university-industry embedded ties
