| Abstract: | With the development of modern educational technologies and the reform of teaching methods,the future college lab is a training base of multidesciplinary that relavate to each other,complemenary equipment,resources to share with,integrated practice and scientific researches.The experimental personnel is the main force in the college lab,therefore,to improve their integrated quality is the key to do well in the lab. |
