| 摘 要： | 中国山水画是一种独特的绘画形式，通过黑白艺术在泼墨间展现山水蓬勃的生命力，“布白”的出现使得山水画具有超凡脱俗的深邃意境。在学校管理中，为了达到高效管理的目的，校长也应如艺术创作者一样，要“留白”，要“有所不为”，才能使学校更好地发展。“有所不为”在一定程度上反映了校长的境界和管理水平。

| Abstract: | Chinese landscape painting is a unique form of painting.The vitality is shown through the black and white art in thesplash-ink landscape,and the blank art makes the landscapes extraordinary with refined profound artistic conception.In themanagement of colleges and universities,in order to achieve that goal,principals should act as a painter,and leave blanks in themanagement with inaction.Inaction reflects the thinking state and management level of principals. |
