| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,“国退民进”现象的背后反映了企业的竞争最终是企业制度的竞争。企业要想在市场上有竞争力,就要不断地进行企业制度创新,企业制度创新的根本目的是提高企业竞争力。企业必须重点进行产权制度和组织制度两个方面的创新,才能打造企业竞争力,促使企业在竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Since openness and reforms,from the phenomenon "the state-owned deteriorating with the private-owned advancing" it has reflected that the enterprise competition is the competition of enterprise system.To have competitive ability in the market,enterprise should constantly carry out innovation on its systems especially ownership system and organization system to promote its competitive ability and establish itself in an unassailable position. |
