| 摘 要： | 为了适应知识经济时代时人才培养的要求，师范教育的改革正在国内迅速展开，其趋势表现为专业化、一体化、学历层次的提高和终身教育。综合性大学介入教师教育对师范院校是一个挑战。师范院校有许多困难和问题，但也有许多优势和有利条件。师范院校应审时度势，认真研究发展战略，才能在教育市场上立于不败之地，肩负起时代和社会赋予的责任。

| Abstract: | There is a rapid development in the reforms of teacher education both in China and abroad in order to meet the demands for training professional personnel by the knowledge economy era. The reforms embody the specialization, integration, raising of academic credentials and life-long education. As the comprehensive universities have started with teacher education, which is a challenge to teachers' colleges, teachers' colleges meet with difficulties but they also have their own advantages and good conditions. Therefore they should keep up with the time and study their own strategies for development. |
