高职院校建设一流教师队伍的问题现状与对策分析

高职院校的教师队伍建设可以说是办好一所高校所必需的工作主题和生命线，是推动学校发展、孕育核心竞争力、形成竞争优势的根本所在，它要求对教师的数量、质量、结构及教师队伍建设目标进行预测和规划，对所规划的教师队伍规格、要求进行具体的实施和管理，对实施与管理过程中所需的规章制度进行研究、制定，并对教师队伍起到促进和保证作用。这样一项重要的工作是涉及学校的人事、教务、科研、后勤等各个职能部门的系统工程，但由于各个管理部门分工不同，极易形成师资队伍建设的“缝隙”，因此为了建设一支结构合理、素质优良、学术水平高、富有创新意识和活力的教师队伍，探寻出一套高效、实用的高职院校教师队伍建设方法显得尤其重要。
