浅谈赏识教育在中职学校教学中的作用

赏识教育是现代教育发展的需要，是适合现代教育的重要教育方法之一。作者作为一名在中职教育一线工作近十年的教师．坚持将赏识教育融入自己的工作中，得到了一些心得体会。本文旨在从两方面谈中职学校中的赏识教育：赏识教育对中职学生的作用和好处，以及在日常的中职教育中充分发挥赏识教育的优势：赏识教育在中职学生的教育实施过程中需要注意的几点，以便于教育者更加完善地实施。

A Brief Discussion on the Effect of Appreciation Educa- tion in Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools

Appreciation education is the need of the development of modern education, and is one of the important education method for modem education. The author, as a teacher having nearly 10 years of experience at the frontline of higher education, insists on using appreciation education in practical work, and gets some experience. This paper aims at talking about appreciation education in secondary vocational schools from two aspects： the benefits of appreciation education to secondary vocational stu- dents, and giving full play to the advantages of appreciation edu- cation in daily secondary vocational education; several points that should be payed attention to in appreciation education, in order to facilitate the more perfect implementation of the education.
