| 摘 要： | 近20年来,我国西部软件产业快速发展,对社会经济的拉动增长效果显著;但与发达地区和国家相比,仍有相当大的差距,主要表现在体制、政策、投入、人才、环境等诸多方面。本文在分析西部软件产业发展现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了发展西部软件产业的对策。

| Abstract: | Form the 1980's, software industry develops at a high speed in the west areas of China. Chinese economy really admits much high growth rate, but compared with the developed countries and areas, there is a great gap in the system, policy, input, environment, etc. Based on the analysis of present development situation and existing problems of software industry in west China, the author puts forward countermeasures on how to develop Chinese software industry. |
