| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯高校认证体系是苏联解体后的新生事物,该体系的核心内容是对高校实施连续的认可、评定与国家鉴定,并依据认证结果来确定高校的国家地位(大学、专业大学与学院)。这种实践对我国高校评估的改革具有一定的启示与借鉴意义。
