谈谈如何进一步完善家庭联产承包经营责任制

家庭联产承包责任制经营方式具有很强的灵活性和广泛的适应性,目前仍符合我国基本国情,是农业生产力发展水平和农业生产自身特点的客观要求。应在相当长一个时期内稳定和进一步完善。规模经营尤其是土地规模经营不能强制推行,应在社会化服务网络已初步形成和生产力发展的基础上逐步进行。 为了克服家庭承包经营的局限性,推动农业生产的进一步发展,应充分调动三亿多农业劳动大军的生产积极性,通过建立建全合理的社会化、系列化、规范化、多层次、多功能、全方位的综合服务体系来进一步完善家庭联产承包经营责任制。

The production contract of the family is an elastic and suitable way of the management in the production of agriculture. Nowadays it is still suitable to the situation of the productive forces of our country and should be estabilized and perfected. In the past few years the agricultural production stayed at a certain level and cannot be improved. That is the effect of the factors of nature and policy of our country. In order to overcome the limit of the contract and give an impetus to the production of agriculture, a socialized comprehensive serving systerm should be perfected.
