| Abstract: | Based upon the view of strategy resources management, we ascertain the resources specificity of IPA , research the connotation of IPAM from the view of innovation integrate, discuss the logical structure of the IPAM, and recover the IPAM is the most competitive strategy resources, coming into being the primary theoretical frame of IPAM. So the researches of IPAM have a firm theoretical foundation. |
