高校基本建设领域腐败问题探究及防范对策

随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校基本建设进入了一个全新的发展时期。高校基建领域的消极腐败现象也在数量上、程度上和范围上呈现上升、扩大的趋势。究其原因,既有体制和机制方面的原因,也有思想教育工作不到位等方面的原因。因此,对高校基建领域的反腐败斗争和党风廉政建设要高度重视,加强领导,通过教育、制度和监督的互动和综合效能,最大限度地遏制腐败现象的发生。

A Research on the Cause and Prevention of the Corruption in Infrastructure Construction of Higher Education Institutions

Infrastructure construction has developed alongside with the blooming of higher education institutions.And corruption as a negative phenomenon in these developments has increased in number, depth and scale. Infrastruc-ture construction sections in some colleges have become the breeding ground for corruption and are extremely difficultfor discipline monitoring and maintaining. The reason for this phenomenon lies in both the mechanism and the igno-rance of this problem by some of the college directors and section heads. Close attention should be paid to the preven-tion and correction of this kind of corruption.
