徐特立培养创造性劳动者的理论与策略

中国20世纪的杰出教育家徐特立强调，在教育工作中，一定要培养受教育者的创造性。为此，必须使受教育者具有坚实、宽广的知识基础，不能过早专业化；必须加上对旧知的批判工作，学会科学思维；必须广泛参与实践活动，做到手脑并用；必须树立战胜困难和失败的精神；必须营造民主、和谐的教学情境；必须重视学生个性的发挥和奔放，克服教育中的划一性、封闭性，高度尊重、充分发挥、精心培育每个学生的个性特长。

Theory and Tactics of Xu Te-li to Train the Creative Laborers

Xu Te-li, an outstanding educator in 20th century in China, emphasized to train the educatees' creativeness in the educational work. Therefore, we should make the educatees of solid and wide knowledge base, and can't make them be earlier professioned.
