摘    要:近年来,以元认知和元意识为依据的元情绪理论受到了极大的关注,出现了众多元情绪与其他领域的交叉研究,但是对元情绪与学习状态的关系却较少涉及。元情绪作为情绪智力的重要组成成分,对学习和工作有着重要的影响。认识元情绪对学习状态的作用,运用元情绪的策略对学习进行指导,不仅可以提高学习效率,而且有利于和谐课堂气氛的构建。

Abstract:In recent years,meta-emotion which is based on the theory of meta-cognitive and meta-awareness has been a great concern and many crossover researches between meta-emotion and other areas have been set up,but the study of the relationship between meta-emotion and learning is rarely involved.Meta-emotion is a vital component of the emotional intelligence,having an important influence on the learning and work.Understanding effects of meta-emotion on the learning state,using strategy of meta-emotion to guide learning,it can not only improve the learning efficiency,but also constructs the harmonious atmosphere in class.
