| 摘 要： | 在宋朝的法律制度层面上,强制征购虽然合法,但受到了若干限制。在实际执行层面上,强制征购在宋朝大致经历了三个重要阶段,从北宋时的区域性和临时性,演变为南宋时的普遍化和长期化。强制征购手法,主要有层层下压、分等摊派、规定数额、暗箱操作等,本质上依赖的是专制强权对人的超经济控制。

| Abstract: | In the Song Dynasty,although forced government purchase was legal,yet it was also restricted to some degree in the aspect of legal system.Forced government purchase in the Song Dynasty experienced three stages: changing from localization and temporariness in the Northern Song Dynasty to its generalization in the Southern Song Dynasty.It mainly depended on its autocracy power to control!people beyond economy. |
