| 摘 要： | 介绍了可用于生产光纤及光纤带松套管设备的基本组成和主要性能，简单介绍了国外同类设备的组成情况，讨论了光纤余长的成因及设计、控制方法。我们研制的生产线采用PC＋PLC先进技术。使设备技术性能在国内处于领先水平，达到国外同类设备的同期水平。

| Abstract: | Basic configuration and main performance of optical fiber ribbon uni-tube production line are described,components of silimar foreign lines are briefly introduced,and the principle of the over-length and the control method analyzed.Advanced PC+PLC control technology is adopted in the production line,and its performance and technical data have reached the same level of foreigh production line and stays in advanced level in china. |
