| 摘 要： | 邓小平的平衡论思想主要表现在三个方面 :一是他的社会稳定论思想 ;二是他的经济平衡论思想 ,这主要体现在他的经济调整论、经济改革稳妥论、综合改革论和社会共同富裕论等思想中 ;三是他的国际平衡论思想 ,这主要体现在他的世界和平与稳定的思想中。邓小平的平衡论思想有其鲜明的辩证特征 :第一 ,他认为平衡是发展的基础 ,只有稳定才能有发展 ;第二 ,他认为平衡的目的是为了发展 ,只有发展才会有平衡和稳定
