| Abstract: | Resource saving and environment protection are the two important subjects that all the countries in the world are concerned about. Our government attaches great importance to sustainable development, and explicitly advocates speeding up the construction of source saving society. Under such severe challenge of resource shortage, it has been a significant guarantee and an inevitable choice for the sustainable, sound and rapid development of higher education to face the severe challenge of, stick to the scientific view of development, enhance the mechanism of management, and thus endeavor to build source saving campus. |
