教师教育改革创新实验区支持下的“U-G-S”实践教学共同体建设

摘    要:教师教育改革创新实验区是由师范大学主导、政府配合共建的以教师教育改革创新为核心任务的多功能综合性研究实践与服务基地。在实验区的支持下,"U-G-S"实践教学共同体能够取得资源效能、创新能力、决策执行、培养成本等方面的协同效应。为促进实验区与"U-G-S"实践教学共同体的融合统一,可以从认可协同旨趣、融合协同范式、延展协同主体、提升协同境界四方面着手。

On the Constructing of "U-G-S" Cooperation Community in the Innovation Experimental Area of Teacher Education

Abstract:The innovation experimental area of teacher education is a kind of multi-functional comprehensively research practice and service base,which is dominated by normal university and the government,it takes teacher education reform and innovation as the core task,it makes the constructing of " U-G-S" cooperation community in teacher education and operation more efficient,the internal systems run more smoothly. With the support of experimental area,the " U-G-S" cooperation community in teacher education can get synergistic effect,such as enough resources,innovation,decision-making and implementation,training cost. To promote the experimental area and the " U-G-S" cooperation community in teacher education to be unification,we can have a recognition of together purport,fuse the collaborative paradigm,stretch members of the cooperation,promote collaborative heights.
