On the Changes of Judgment's Review in the Period of Republic of China

Judgment's Review was the way that Superior Court( High Court) relieved the serious criminal cases that the informal court had judged in the period of Republic of China. The changes of Judgment's Review mainly reflected at the judgment's review mechanism,objects,forms and so on. The reason of the changes was of the development of Cautious Punishment and justice ideas,of the different attention of the Government and the changes of related laws. The Changes of judgment's review was the epitome of modern Chinese society and the modern judicial improvement.
