简论青少年网络成瘾的原因及防控对策

近年来，随着网络技术的飞速发展，青少年网络成瘾急剧增加且日益严重。剖析网络成瘾的原因，提出有针对性的防控措施：加强对青少年的网络德育和法制教育；全社会齐抓共营，营造健康的网络环境；构建科学的网络管理机制；加快网络立法，用法网全面覆盖互联网；尽快对网络信息分级，建设绿色网络，有效防控和戒除青少年网络成瘾。

The Reasons and Prevention and Control Countermeasures of the Teenagers lnternet Addiction

With the rapid development of the network technology in recent years, teenagers intemet addiction has a sh~p increase and increasing seriousness. This paper analyzed the course of the teenagers intemet addiction and put forword some targeted prevention and control measures： strengthen the network moral education and legal education toword the teenagers; the whole society joint efforts to creat a healthy network environment; build the scientific network management mechanism; speed up internet legislation and universal coverage; classify the network information as soon as possible to construct green network in order to prevent, control and drop the teenagers internet addiction.
