| 摘 要： | 法律诊所教学模式是一种较好的培养法律职业人才的新型教学方法。近年来，我国部分高校在法学本科教育中运用法律诊所教学模式，起到了促进法律职业教育的积极作用。应从经费、案源、师资、学生地位等方面继续完善法律诊所教学模式，使其在我国的法学本科教育中发挥更大的作用。
