| 摘 要： | 人才是时代的明珠。国际间的竞争实际上是人才的竞争和教育的竞争。教育是人才的苗圃，学校的中心任务就是造就人才。教书肓人是教师的职责。教书育人是一门科学，也是一门艺术。要育好人。教好书，教师必须坚持不懈地练好教学基本功。不断地探索教育的规律和技巧，努力提高自身的业务水平，增强育人能力。

Education is the cradle of talents. ,School＇s goal is to train talents. Education is teachers＇ duty, it also is a kind of science and art. In order to teach well, teachers should persistently practice own teaching ability and analyze teaching rules in order to improve teaching ability. |
