基于职业能力培养为导向的“中国现代史”教学改革与实践

为适应基础教育新课改对高素质高技能历史教师的需求，从“中国现代史”课程教学内容的选择、教学思路设计、教学方法与手段和考试评价几个方面进行积极大胆的改革与实践。实践中，根据学生情况和职业岗位需求确定教学内容，围绕职业岗位能力需求进行教学设计，针对职业能力培养选择教学手段和教学方法，采用多种方式进行课程考核，全方位评定学生成绩，取得了一定的效果。
