| 摘 要： | 轻钢结构住宅是我国“十一五”期间将要重点推广的项目，其具有材料强度高、构件尺寸小、自重轻、抗震性能好及工业化程度高、施工速度快等优点。系统总结了我国轻钢结构住宅的现状及其结构形式、特点，并指出这种结构在科研方面亟待解决的问题，以及发展钢结构住宅建筑体系的构思与对策。

| Abstract: | The houses built with new steel materials will be a major popularized project during the eleventh ＂Five -year Plan＂ in our country. This new kind of steel structured houses has advantages of high strength, structural parts of small size, light weight, better earthquake resistance and a high industrialized production. The paper elaborates the characteristics of the steel structured houses ,the problems need to deal with and the countermeasures to take . |
